EQUUS Workforce Solutions is now a part of our Workforce Development Program at the Redlands Chamber!

You can use this program to fill vacant positions with candidates that want to work, and the services are at NO COST to you! EQUUS will pay the wages for these employees, up to 200 hours, for their work experience.

So, how does it work?

  1. EQUUS will refer candidates 18-24 that have completed their program requirements and are ready to work. or are seeking employment.
  2. Your company interviews candidates to see who would be a good fit to fill your position.
  3. EQUUS will take care of any onboarding paperwork, pay the employees wages, and will hold 100% liability for them.

This is an efficient and cost-saving program for our members who are looking to fill positions, and quickly.

Best of all, you have a great candidate to hire directly at the end of their work experience, if you choose to keep them on. Please note: there’s NO requirement to do that. This could also serve as summer or seasonal help at your business.
