Come and be a part of recognizing our local Redlands Bar and Restaurant bartenders as they compete to win the prize of crafting the official 2026 Signature Orange Drop Cocktail.
Your admission puts you in the room where it happens. Your registration fee grants you access to sample and vote on all the entries for the cocktail/mocktail competition. Light snacks will also be served.
This event is just one way the Redlands Chamber of Commerce supports our incredible restaurant community. Get your ticket and show up to support your favorite bartender!
Tickets to this event are limited and all attendees must be 21 or older. Please sample responsibly.
Event Agenda:
- 4:30PM-7:00PM – General Admission Public Tasting & Popular Voting
- 7:15PM – Winners announced, and prizes presented
Purpose for Event:
- “Definitive Redlands” Craft a signature cocktail or mocktail that evokes a feeling, memory, or location in Redlands and what it means to you, for a chance to be featured as the official 2026 Orange Drop cocktail.
- Recognize the talent and creativity of local Redlands restaurant bartenders.
- Show off the individuality of each Bar/Restaurant by giving them the opportunity to decorate their vendor space to showcase their business. It is highly encouraged to include photos of their full completed cocktail so ticketed attendees get a feel for the completed drink.
Who can participate:
All restaurants/bars with a Redlands physical location are welcome to participate. If an establishment brings two bartenders, the second bartender MUST bring a mocktail. NO EXCEPTIONS. Maximum 15 Establishments.
- Chamber members entry fee: Free
Chamber will provide:
- Advertising and promotion of the event.
- 8 ft Tables for competitor’s booth.
- Industry specific Judges for event that are NOT affiliated with any Redlands Bars/Restaurants.
- Tasting cups
- Minimum cash prizes of $500 for 1st, $300 for 2nd and $200 for 3rd
Entrants will provide:
- Bartender(s) for competition – 2 max per Redlands restaurant entrant. If 2 bartenders will be competing, there can only be 1 cocktail entry the other must be a mocktail
- All ingredients to make up to 2 signature drinks for competition and staff to serve samples for the duration of event
- 350-400 1 oz. samples for public tasting
- High quality digital square logo
