YPN schedules Coffee with Mayor Paul Foster
The Young Professionals Network held its first workshop series on July 18th—“Networking” . All those in attendance gained valuable knowledge, tips, and insight into what works and what doesn’t work with regard to what customers and clients expect while networking. We also learned of the importance of putting yourself into awkward situations and the value of human interaction (not just emails and texts).
With the YPN’s first workshop in the rearview mirror we are blazing forward with excitement and creative ideas to engage more of our Young Professionals!
When any of the YPN Committee Members meet new faces in the Chamber they all want to get involve and be a part of this “thing” at the Chamber and we are SO EXCITED that the buzz is catching on! Originally the committee had decided to hold workshops every other month, but since we have so many people interested in the benefits of the YPN we’ve decided to add another event in-between the workshops.
The next scheduled event will be first in a series of “Coffee with Phil in the Blank” series. YPN committee will host a networking meeting showcasing an influential member of the community. The speaker will address attendees with topics that will be geared specifically toward our Young Professionals.
On August 15th (7:30am – 9am) the meeting will be “Coffee with The Mayor of Redlands, Paul Foster” at the Ayres Hotel Redlands, at 1015 West Colton Ave. Redlands, CA 92374
Space is limited and max occupancy for this meeting is 30 guests. The charge is $10 per person (Chamber Members) and $25 per person (Non-Chamber Members).
