Developers Brixton Capital bought the property but did not propose any improvements so they decided to sell the property.

The mall began to decline and was eventually closed for good in 2010

The original mall was built on a 12-acre site that was home to several historic buildings.

HISTORY OF LOCATION
- Redlands Public Safety Hall was built in 1963
- Originally housed police, admin offices for fire department, city attorney, local and state civil defense operations council chambers
- Also contained a bunker for government personnel in case of an emergency
